For the most part, non-emergency visits are by appointment.

Our normal office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. 

For emergency appointments, Monday thru Friday we have an Acute Care Schedule for injuries within the last 24-72 hours.  Please inquire at (336)-545-5001. 

As an added convenience, we also schedule appointments during certain evening hours and occasional Saturdays.  Please inquire at (336) 545-5000 for the after hour or weekend concerns.

You may make an appointment to see our physicians without a referral from another medical practice unless your health insurance requires that you have a written referral prior to seeing the physician. If you must cancel an appointment, please notify us 24 hours prior to the appointment. This courtesy allows us to provide care for another patient.
